How do we register for admission?
The registrations are done online from the school website. Fill up the online form via the school website and submit it accordingly.
What is the age criteria being followed?
The minimum age of the child as of 31st March should be as follows: Nursery – 3 years; LKG – 4 years; UKG – 5 years; Grade I – 6 years and so on.
What are the school timings?
Pre-Primary: 08:45 am to 12:30 pm
Grade I and above: 07:45 am to 02:15 pm
What is the student-teacher ratio?
In Pre-nursery the student-teacher ratio is 1:12. The number of students in class is 26. From grade 1 onwards we have two teachers in the English literacy program and numeracy. Grade 4 onwards we have specialised subject teachers.
What is the process of admission?
Admission to Khaitan World School is purely based on seat availability. However, siblings of existing students would be given priority. Applicants along with their parents will be invited to the school for a Document Verification Process (depending on the seat availability). After this stage, the parent will be intimated about the next step via email/call.
What are the security measures taken by the school?
KWS is one of the few institutions to have 3-tier security systems in the school, supported by manual guarding as well as CCTV coverage of the premises. School buses have a teacher and trained lady transport coordinator in addition to GPS and cameras. SOPs are rigorously followed and audited internally as well as externally for compliance.
Does Khaitan World School offer boarding facilities?
No, Khaitan World School does not offer boarding facilities.
